PRICES AND ACCOMODATION

Daily prices of the rooms in the main farmhause, and the two indipendents dependances.

_Big double room with big private bathroom inside:
Euro 45 per person/night with breakfast.
(Extra bed for this room, 20 euro.)

_Double room with private external bathromm:
Euro 40 per person/night with breakfast.

_Double room with external bathroom schared with another double room: Euro 32 per person/night with breakfast.

Dependance “Casaletto”, 3+2 people, with double room, room (for two childs or one adult), salon-kitchen with double sofa-bed or extra bed, bathroom:

1) For 2 people: Euro 50 per person/night with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen, Euro 45 with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen,

2) For 3 people: Euro 45 per person/night with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen, Euro 40 without breakfast, only own use of the kitchen.

3) For 4 people: Euro 36 per person/night with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen , Euro 32 without breakfast, only own use of the kitchen.

4) More of 4 people maxium 6: total amount of Euro 150 with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen , Euro 140 with breakfast and use of the equipped kitchen.

_Dependance “Legnaia”, 2 people, double room with bathroom and equipped angle-kitchen, 45 euro per person/night with breakfast and own use of the angle-kitchen, Euro 42 without breakfast.

Special Weekly rental saturday to saturday (seven nights) in the dependances, with own use of the kitchens and without breakfast:

_ Dependance “Casaletto” 2 people: euro 550
_ Dependance “Casaletto” 3 to 6 people: euro 840
_ Dependance “Legnaia” (for two or single): euro 500

Half Board, food and wine testing:

_ Half board, at dinner, is 20 Euro per person/dinner more on the price
of the reserved lodging, mineral water included, wines on Menu.

3) Childs: up to 3 years they don’t pay, aged 3 to 8, 50% of the normal prices.
