In about 30-40 minutes you may easily reach by car Orvieto (40 Km), Perugia (35 Km), Città della Pieve (25 Km), Chiusi with the “Terme di Chianciano” (Thermal baths of Chianciano) (40 Km) and Montepulciano (45 Km), Trasimeno Lake (35 Km), Bolsena Lake (50 Km). The railway stations of Orvieto and Chiusi could be easly used to visit both Rome and Florence, at 1h. or 1,30h by train.
