The kitchen of the “Locanda” uses own and local products, typical dishes realized with great attention for quality of the row materials, refinement and passion. Paola, who is sommelier of AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier = Italian Association of Sommelier), takes care in a particular way of the combination with wines of our small but very selected cellar. We prepare on season basis special menus of tasting centred on famous Italian wines.
